Increase in the size of my arms, and improved definition of my chest and back. As well as losing 8% body fat.
Monday: Chest, biceps, quads, abs
Tuesday: shoulder, triceps, abs
Wednesday: back, glutes, abs
Friday: chest, back and shoulder (optional)
Saturday: biceps, triceps and forearm
At first I was sceptical but after the second week I began to lift more weight and felt less tired. After two months I’m happy with my overall results and the lack of side effects.
